Benefits
Instead of tracking PTO, employees are assigned quarterly target hours that include 40 working hours per week with 15 suggested vacation days and 10 observed holidays per year. Employees are not limited to that suggested time off but are responsible for meeting their targets.

Our main office is located in Steno Denver - A sustainable, boutique, coworking space in City Park West.
The building: Lotus is located on the top floor of an old Victorian mansion that has been repurposed into a sustainable coworking space. The building includes office spaces, coworking spaces, a conference room, meeting rooms, kitchen, high-speed internet, all-gender restrooms, bike racks and bike room, front porch and back patio.
Location: We are only a couple minutes away from City Park and Cheeseman Park, and within walking-distance to lots of restaurants and coffee shops.
Parking: Free, no-hassle, off-street parking behind the building. Free street parking is also available.
Sustainability: Upcycled furniture, bike racks and bike storage room, motion detector lights, smart thermostats, recycling.
Extra perks: Dog-friendly office, free snacks, outdoor work areas with heaters, building socials, 24/7 access.

avon | Satellite Office

Our Avon satellite office space is located in Basecamp Executive Suites coworking space.
The building: The space is a large, fully furnished coworking structure that sits above a restaurant, coffee shop, and German beer bar. The office space includes private offices, a conference room and coworking spaces in which Lotus employees can work from. The office space also includes a full kitchen with reusable utensils and dishware, artwork, and high-speed internet. Whether you live in the mountains or are just enjoying a long weekend, the Avon office space is always available for Lotus employees.
Location: The building is located in central Avon, nearby the slopes and conveniently along the bus route.
Parking: Private parking lot availability.
Extra perks: Unlimited tea and coffee, unobstructed views of the mountains and Beaver Creek, outdoor working areas, access to trails for hiking, biking, and skiing, in walking distance to Nottingham Park.
